A Sales Representative is responsible for selling products or services to potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products, negotiating prices, and closing sales. Sales Representatives may work in various industries, such as retail, technology, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and Identify Leads: Generate new business by identifying potential clients and opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, or attending industry events.
- Conduct Sales Presentations: Present products or services to prospective clients, demonstrating features and benefits to address their specific needs.
- Negotiate and Close Sales: Handle negotiations, set prices, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Bring valid original barangay and police clearance.
- Good customer service skills (preferred).
- Detail-oriented and good with customers.
- All genders are welcome.
- Trustworthy and with a pleasing personality.
- 18 years old and above.
- High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High or higher.
- Experience is a plus, but willingness to be trained is acceptable.
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holidays.
- Physically fit.
