Job summary

Ingram Micro Philippines is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead the development and execution of sales process strategy across teams. You will evaluate programs, manage leads, accounts, and pipeline, and drive improvements in sales processes.

The role also involves overseeing sales automation, reporting, and incentive plans to support performance metrics and process optimization. Hybrid work arrangement is offered in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Four-year college degree not required but strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience and 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops sales process strategy.
• Evaluates and implements improvements to sales programs and processes including leads creation, leads management, account management and prioritization, closing strategies, pipeline management.
• Manages sales automation, tools and reporting programs.
• Maintains sales incentive compensation plans and information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement.
