Job summary

Franke is seeking a Sales Operations Supervisor in the Philippines to lead end-to-end sales operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer service excellence.

Ideal candidate brings 5+ years in Sales Operations or related fields, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Onsite work in Calamba, Laguna is required with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in Sales Ops, Order Management, Customer Service, or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Manufacturing or multinational company experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Calamba, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for order execution.
• Support forecasting and S&OP activities.
• Monitor deliveries, customer issues, and operational performance.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and business analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales ops and customer service.
• Support payment follow-ups, invoice processing, and order-related docs.
• Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

About the job

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Sales Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate the end-to-end sales operations process for our Philippines business. This role serves as a critical link between customers, sales teams, manufacturing plants, purchasing, production, warehouse, and logistics functions to ensure seamless order fulfillment, accurate sales reporting, and excellent customer service

Requirements
