Job summary

Franke Group in the Philippines is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Supervisor to lead end-to-end sales operations for the Calamba, Laguna business. You will coordinate between customers, sales teams, manufacturing, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics to ensure accurate orders and timely fulfillment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Customer Service, or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Manufacturing or multinational company experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Calamba, Laguna.

About the job

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Sales Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate the end-to-end sales operations process for our Philippines business. This role serves as a critical link between customers, sales teams, manufacturing plants, purchasing, production, warehouse, and logistics functions to ensure seamless order fulfillment, accurate sales reporting, and excellent customer service.
