Franke Philippines is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Supervisor to lead end-to-end sales operations for its Laguna business. You will coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in Sales Operations or Supply Chain, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Customer Service, or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing or multinational environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales operations for our Philippines business.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Support sales forecasting and S&OP activities.
• Monitor deliveries, customer concerns, and operational performance.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and business analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales operations and customer service.
• Assist with payment follow-ups, invoice processing, and order documentation.
• Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to maintain customer satisfaction.
