Job summary

Franke's Philippines plant seeks a senior finance professional to own cost management and financial performance across the plant, partnering with Production, Logistics, Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, and Corporate Finance to drive efficiency and strategic decisions.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in plant finance/controlling, strong analytical skills, and a track record in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. CPA/Master’s is a plus; ERP and Excel proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; CPA/MBA a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in plant finance/controlling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Costing and variance analysis expertise.
• Proficient in ERP and Excel; excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Production, Logistics, Quality, Warehouse, and Engineering to drive cost optimization.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for plant operations.
• Monitor and analyze COGS, overhead, scrap, and inventory performance.
• Perform month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition and internal controls.
• Oversee inventory management, stock turnover, and physical counts.
• Manage fixed assets accounting and support audits.
• Prepare management reports and financial analysis for leadership.

About The Job

Responsible for cost management and financial performance across the plant through budgeting, reporting, month-end closing, and variance analysis. Partners with Production, Logistics, Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, and Corporate Finance to drive cost efficiency, ensure compliance, and support strategic business decisions.

Your tasks

• Partner with Production, Logistics, Quality, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for plant operations
• Monitor and analyze COGS, overhead, scrap, and inventory performance
• Perform month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and inventory valuation
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition and internal control policies
• Oversee inventory management, including stock turnover and physical counts
• Manage fixed assets accounting and support statutory audit requirements
• Prepare management reports and financial analysis for leadership review
• Coordinate monthly cut-off activities with Operations and Sales

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accountancy required; CPA/ Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: 10+ years in plant finance/controlling
