Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 1–2 years of logistics, order processing, inventory, fleet or vehicle coordination experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
• Knowledge of sales order processing, inventory monitoring, and delivery coordination is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet documentation is a plus.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Willing to coordinate with customers, warehouses, logistics providers, and service centers.

The Sales Operations & Fleet Associate is responsible for supporting sales and logistics operations through the efficient processing and monitoring of sales orders, inventory, deliveries, and fleet activities. The role ensures proper coordination with customers, warehouses, logistics providers, and service centers while maintaining accurate operational records, vehicle documentation, and reports.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, order processing, inventory, fleet or vehicle coordination, or related functions.

• Has a valid driver’s license and can drive both manual and automatic vehicles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Knowledgeable in sales order processing, inventory monitoring, and delivery coordination.

• Has basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet-related documentation.

• Willing to travel when necessary.

• Willing to coordinate with customers, warehouses, logistics providers, and service centers.

• Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Preferably based in or willing to be assigned in Hagonoy, Davao.
