Private Advertiser is seeking a Sales Operations & Fleet Associate in the Philippines. The role focuses on processing sales orders, coordinating logistics and fleet activities, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate documentation with customers, warehouses, and service centers.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in logistics or related fields and 1–2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver’s license are required, with willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 1–2 years of logistics, order processing, inventory, fleet or vehicle coordination experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
• Knowledge of sales order processing, inventory monitoring, and delivery coordination is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet documentation is a plus.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Willing to coordinate with customers, warehouses, logistics providers, and service centers.
