Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Engineering, Business, Marketing) or equivalent.
• 10+ years in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Insurance, Real Estate, FMCG, Sales Distribution or Manufacturing.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing sales plans and strategies.
• Strong leadership to train, coach, and motivate sales teams.
• Excellent business development, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel outside Metro Cebu as needed.
