• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales plans and strategies.
• Strong leadership to train, coach, and motivate sales teams.
• Excellent business development and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with initiative and problem-solv­ing abilities.
• Demonstrates integrity and customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work in Cebu City and travel outside Metro Cebu when required.
