• 15+ years of progressive sales experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role or as Sales Head in construction, architectural, interior fit-out, coatings, etc.
• Strong business acumen with ability to develop and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and manage budgets.
• Strong background of setting sales goals and developing strategies to maximize revenue.
• Wide networks in the construction industry and materials trading.
• Knowledge and technical understanding of construction components/projects, furniture and interior designs.
• Accurate & comprehensive understanding of sales planning & forecasting.
• Great negotiation & presentations skills to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to organize and plan different sales and marketing programs.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills to motivate the sales team.
• Willing to travel, do field works.
