Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Sales Manager / Supervisor experience in a BPO environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in Telecommunications (Telco) preferred.
• Proficient with CRM software (HubSpot) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of outbound telesales representatives to hit aggressive sales targets.
• Set and review sales targets, ensuring revenue and KPI goals are met.
• Conduct 2-week training sessions and manage nesting period for new hires.
• Use performance data and QA insights to coach and improve conversions.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and call logging across the team.
• Assist in scaling the flow of new sales talent to the floor.
