Job summary

GainStrong in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Manager responsible for securing prospective clients for our company, using proven methods to convert leads into long-term accounts.

You will understand client needs to establish value and ensure product fit, analyze competitors, and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally. The role also includes leading and training the sales team, setting targets, and building lasting client relationships to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields.
• With an available cluster of accounts to top.
• Experience in architectural projects or construction industry is a plus.

• Developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Build and promote strong long-lasting client relationships.
• Overseeing and coordinating the sales activities and performance of the sales team.
