Job summary

Megaworld Global-Estate, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Sales Leader to drive market growth for its property projects. You will recruit, train, and guide a 4–7-person sales team, coach performance, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.

You will plan marketing activities, lead generation campaigns, monitor team performance, and report to the Sales Director, while staying updated on projects, market trends, and competitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Master’s degree or Broker's license is a plus.
• 3–5 years of progressive sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Sales team of 4–7 sellers preferably in Manning areas or nearby project areas.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell Megaworld Global-Estate, Inc. projects through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of qualified Property Specialists.
• Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Plan and implement marketing activities and lead-generation campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze team performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company sales processes and industry policy.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Director.
• Maintain strong knowledge of company projects, market trends, and competitors.

Job Requirement/Qualification:

• With ready Sales Team consisting of 4-7 Sellers, preferably residing within manning areas or nearby project areas
