Job summary

A real estate investment company in Taguig is seeking a qualified professional to monitor and oversee properties for sale, negotiate offers, and advise clients on market conditions. The ideal candidate should possess a BS in Real Estate or related fields, have 5 to 10 years of experience, and be proficient in MS Office. This role requires excellent communication skills and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Real Estate, Sales Management/Marketing/Business Administration/Office Management.
• At least 5 to 10 years related experience including in the Banking Industry.
• Willing to travel; driving skills advantageous.
• Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig; residing in Taguig or nearby preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA).
• Oversee and monitor the status/updates of properties for Sale.
• Supervise Sales & Marketing Officer.
• Provide updates/reports to top Management.
• Interview clients to determine property preferences.
• Advise clients on market conditions and legal requirements.
• Negotiate with buyers to increase offers.
• Recommend sales pricing proposals for approval.

• Oversees and monitors status/updates of properties for Sale
• Supervises Sales & Marketing Officer
• Provides updates/reports to be submitted to top Management
• Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• Negotiate with buyer to increase offer.
• Recommends sales pricing proposal for approval.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Real Estate, Sales Management/ Marketing/Business Administration/Office Management
• Excellent skill in MS Office
• Excellent in verbal and written communication
• Driving Skills is an advantage for this role.
• Willing to travel.
