KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Lead and monitor the sales team to ensure productivity and target achievement.
• Identify new sales opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor sales orders, customer payments, and outstanding accounts.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Department on billing, collections, credit terms, and payment reconciliation.
• Review sales reports and monitor revenue performance.
• Ensure accurate sales documentation and timely submission of sales reports.
• Work closely with the Accounting Department to ensure accurate sales records and proper financial reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
• At least 2 years experience in sales management is an advantage
• Preferably with knowledge in agricultural or aquaculture products, markets, and industry practices is an advantage
• Willing to travel and develop relationships with clients and business partners
