Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a Sales Executive to manage existing client accounts, deepen customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao in the agriculture/aquaculture sector.

The ideal candidate will proactively build long-term partnerships, understand client needs, and drive revenue by expanding the customer base while traveling within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer relationship management is an advantage.
• Experience in agriculture, aquaculture, fisheries, feeds, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer management skills.
• Proactive and comfortable with business development and client acquisition.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented and results-driven.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• Willing to conduct regular field visits and travel within the assigned territory.
• Willing to be assigned in Calatagan, Batangas; Iba, Zambales; or Cebu, depending on the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned sales and client accounts.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and requirements.
• Provide appropriate product and service information to customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Proactively search for and establish relationships with new potential clients.
• Conduct client visits and sales activities as needed.
• Maintain a strong network of customers and industry contacts.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and potential business opportunities.
• Develop strategies to maintain existing accounts and expand business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed.
• Monitor account activities and provide updates on sales opportunities and client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers and business partners.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
