Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions seeks a Sales Executive to manage existing client accounts, strengthen relationships, and identify new business in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The role focuses on building trust with customers, understanding needs, and developing partnerships that drive growth.

Ideal candidates have sales or account-management experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to conduct regular field visits and travel across the assigned territory in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course is preferred.
• Experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer relationship management is an advantage.
• Experience in agriculture, aquaculture, fisheries, feeds, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and comfortable with business development and client acquisition.
• Willing to conduct regular field visits and travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned sales and client accounts.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and requirements.
• Provide appropriate product and service information to customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Proactively search for and establish relationships with new potential clients.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers and business partners.
