Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, FMCG/retail distribution preferred.
• Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and area growth.
• Strong skills in supervision, coaching, and daily call planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relations.
• Strong store/account management abilities.
• Analytical and organized with KPI tracking and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.

About the role

The Area Supervisor is responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and operational excellence across the North Luzon territory. The role involves supervising and coaching field sales personnel, managing distributor and key account relationships, ensuring effective store execution, and achieving sales and distribution targets.

About you

• Strong skills in team supervision, coaching, daily call planning, route management, and performance monitoring


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills


• Strong store/account management skills
