Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, coaching, and providing direction to Sales Representatives and retail store personnel
• Drive sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, action plans, and initiatives for assigned markets and retail operations
• Oversee retail store operations, ensuring proper execution of sales activities, merchandising, customer service, and daily store procedures
• Achieve and monitor sales, revenue, collection, and profitability targets for the assigned sales team and retail store
• Develop new accounts and maintain key customer relationships, including dealers, distributors, contractors, and walk-in retail customers
• Monitor individual and team sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets
• Manage inventory and product availability in coordination with warehouse and operations teams to support sales and prevent stock issues
• Ensure proper handling of customer orders, quotations, deliveries, and after-sales concerns to maintain customer satisfaction
• Monitor store performance, including sales conversion, inventory movement, product display, housekeeping, and compliance with company standards
• Coach and develop employees through regular performance reviews, training, and on-the-job guidance
