Job summary

EuroAsia Executive Search, Inc. is seeking a driven sales professional in Cebu to maintain existing accounts and develop new business in construction markets.

You will help forecast the sales budget while conducting product presentations and client seminars to grow market share. Coordinate with the technical team to deliver technical support for key projects, ensure customer satisfaction with regular calls, and target mega projects for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Five years of sales experience in construction or distribution.
• Experience in a multinational company is a plus.
• Technical selling experience with driving skills and a valid license.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing sales accounts and assist forecasting to meet budgets.
• Develop new accounts and target markets via product presentations and client seminars.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular sales calls and timely responses to inquiries/ complaints.
• Develop and sustain business in key and mega projects.
• Collaborate with Technical Team to provide technical support for project sales objectives.

Job description

• 1. Maintains existing sales accounts and assists the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.
• 2. Maximize effort in developing new accounts and target markets in assigned sales areas through product presentations, seminars to clients.
• 3. Ensures customer satisfaction by regular sales calls, providing the right products at the right time and quantity and by attending to customer inquiries/complaints/ problems.
• 4. Develop and sustain business in Key and Mega Projects.
• 5. Work with Technical Team to provide technical support services to the customers in achieving key projects sales objectives.

Education:

• Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Architecture or any four (4) year related course.

Work Experience:

• With at least five (5) years of working experience in sales in construction or distribution industry.
• Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage.

Skills:

• Preferably with technical selling experience and driving skills (with valid professional driver's license).
• Possesses a strong people skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
