Job summary

Quantrics in San Mateo, Rizal, is hiring a Sales and Loyalty Representative for onsite duties. You will sell and upsell communication services, reach out to leads via multiple channels, and assist existing customers with product recommendations and promotions.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, problem-solving skills, and capable MS Office use. BPO experience is a plus, with shifting schedules including graveyard shifts. NBI clearance is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication—spoken and written.
• Great with people and a natural problem-solver.
• Proficient in MS Office and web applications.
• Fast and accurate typing, sharp comprehension, and multitasking.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment.
• BPO experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell, cross-sell and upsell communication products and services (Internet, Mobility, Programming, TV).
• Proactively reach out to potential leads via phone, email, SMS and social media.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote products and exclusive offers.
• Understand customer needs through questioning and active listening and personalize interactions.
• Recommend best solutions, provide demos, and explain current promotions to support decisions.
• Build rapport quickly, handle objections, maintain professional communication.
• Address customer concerns and provide outstanding service to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
• Implement retention strategies to reduce churn by responding to individual situations.
• Navigate internal systems to track calls and keep accurate records of interactions.
• Stay updated on current products, pricing and promotions.
