Job summary

Quantrics in Naga, Camarines Sur, is seeking a Sales and Loyalty Retention Representative to join our customer service team. You will sell, upsell, and retain customers for Internet, Mobility, Programming, and TV packages while engaging leads across phone, email, SMS, and social media.

The role requires strong English communication, problem-solving, and multitasking, with night shift hours. Walk-in applications are welcome at our Naga site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Willing to work in Naga, CamSur and night shift 12AM-9AM (MNL).
• Have at least 6 months sales experience (preferred) and background in Accounts Management.
• Excellent English communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• NBI clearance prior to job offer.

Responsibilities

• Sell, cross-sell, and upsell Internet, Mobility, Programming, and TV packages.
• Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, SMS, and social media.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote products and offers.
• Understand customer needs through questioning and active listening.
• Provide product demos and explain current promotions.
• Build rapport, overcome objections, and maintain a professional, persuasive style.
• Address customer concerns and provide outstanding service to increase loyalty.
• Implement strategies to retain customers and reduce churn.
• Navigate internal systems to track calls and keep accurate records.
