Job summary

Quantrics is hiring for an onsite customer service professional in San Mateo, Rizal. You will engage customers, upsell services, and handle inquiries across multiple channels with a focus on retention and high satisfaction.

The role requires strong English communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with experience in a fast-paced BPO environment preferred but not required. Competitive base pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduate of Senior High School or High School (Old Curriculum).
• Willing and excited to work onsite in San Mateo, Rizal.
• Open to a shifting schedule, including graveyard shifts.
• Has a valid NBI Clearance (Applicants with NBI will be prioritized!)

Responsibilities

• Sell, cross-sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market, including Internet, Mobility, Programming, and TV packages.
• Proactively reach out to potential leads via multiple channels such as phone, email, SMS, and social media.
• Make outbound calls, primarily to existing customers, to promote products, services, and exclusive offers.
• Understand customer needs through effective questioning, active listening, and a personalized approach.
• Recommend the best solutions, provide product demos, and explain current promotions and offers to support customer decisions.
• Build rapport quickly, overcome objections, and maintain a professional and persuasive communication style.
• Address customer concerns and provide outstanding service to increase satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
• Implement strategies to retain customers and reduce churn by recognizing and responding to their individual situations.
• Navigate internal computer systems to track calls, gather information, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all interactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all current products, services, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
• Uphold a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in every interaction.
