What We’re Looking For

Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years old, a graduate of senior high school or high school (old curriculum), willing to work onsite in San Mateo, Rizal, open to a flexible schedule including graveyard shifts, and possess a valid NBI Clearance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficient in MS Office and web applications
• Fast and accurate typing, sharp comprehension, and strong multitasking abilities
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a fast‑paced support environment
• Previous BPO experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Sell, cross‑sell, and upsell communication products and services including Internet, Mobility, Programming, and TV packages
• Proactively reach out to potential leads via phone, email, SMS, and social media
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote products, services, and exclusive offers
• Understand customer needs through effective questioning, active listening, and a personalized approach
• Recommend the best solutions, provide product demos, and explain current promotions and offers to support customer decisions
• Build rapport quickly, overcome objections, and maintain a professional and persuasive communication style
• Address customer concerns and provide outstanding service to increase satisfaction and build long‑term loyalty
• Implement strategies to retain customers and reduce churn by recognizing and responding to individual situations
• Navigate internal computer systems to track calls, gather information, and ensure accurate record‑keeping of all interactions
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all current products, services, pricing, and promotional campaigns
