Job summary

Outsourcey in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our expanding team. You will identify and research potential customers, generate a steady pipeline, and conduct outbound emails and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales or lead generation, strong communication, CRM experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers through online platforms and sources.
• Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified sales leads.
• Conduct outbound emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation activities.
• Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and authority.
• Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
• Schedule meetings between prospects and the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and improve conversions.
• Track performance and report on outreach, leads, meetings, and conversions.

Profile Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects professionally.
• Experience with CRM systems, lead databases, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other sales tools.
• Strong research, prospecting, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Core responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential customers through online platforms, databases, social media, and other relevant sources.
• Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified sales leads.
• Conduct outbound emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation activities.
• Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase intent.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system.
• Schedule meetings and product/service discussions between qualified prospects and the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture leads and improve conversion opportunities.
• Track lead-generation performance and prepare regular reports on outreach, qualified leads, meetings, and conversions.
