Responsibilities

• Work with Sales Manager and contribute to achieving budget – weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually.
• Follow up leads and convert to firm orders.
• Contact customers after hours to maximize opportunities.
• Confirm order acceptance and coordinate next steps.
• Collect deposits and final payments where appropriate.
• Stay updated on new technology and products.
• Provide accurate, timely delivery measurements to clients.
• Apply measurement standards and adapt processes to client needs.
• Keep databases updated with clear notes and actions.
• Communicate outcomes with daily reporting and feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to close sales and gather information.

Core responsibilities:

• Work with the Sales Manager and contribute to achieving budget – weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually;
• Follow up leads; chase holds and convert as many as possible to firm orders;
• Work flexibly to capture as many customers as possible (ie contacting customers after hours).
• Confirmation of order acceptance;
• Collection of deposits and final payments where appropriate;
• Maintain awareness of new technology and remain updated on new products;
• Provide accurate and time effective measurement process/delivery to clients;
• Apply measurement standards but look for effective strategies in order to adapt process to client needs;
• Ensure appropriate databases are kept updated with clear and concise notes;
• Communicate all outcomes effectively with daily reporting and feedback as required;
• Liaise with Sales & Marketing team to close sales/gain additional information required.
