Job summary

Pace Academy is seeking a driven sales professional in the Philippines to lead catering revenue growth. You will develop targeted sales strategies, actively pursue new clients, and build strong networks with event planners and venue owners to secure bookings.

Responsibilities include following up leads, tailoring proposals, coordinating with kitchen/ops teams, maintaining client relationships for repeat business, and staying ahead of catering trends.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in F&B or events.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
• Enjoys networking, meeting people, and attending events.
• Organized, self-driven, and results-focused.
• Knowledge of catering or event planning is a plus.
