The Sales Executive ensures that the hotel sales operation runs like clockwork by handling back-end processes, compliance, coordination, and documentation. This role is the anchor of consistency for the team, managing systems, supporting sales events, and serving as the liaison between departments like Finance, Events, Legal, and Marketing. By ensuring that every booking, every rate, every client request is tracked, filed, and followed up properly, this position is responsible from protecting the business from errors and ensures professional delivery at all times. In many ways, this role holds the structure together—enabling the Sales Executive and Managers to focus on clients while knowing that everything on the back-end is running smoothly.
Handle Salesforce/CRM encoding, database tagging, and account tracking.
Provide presentation design, deck polishing, and event logistics support.
Serve as frontline support for client servicing and internal alignment.
Manage key accounts under the supervision of Sales Managers.
Provide execution support, including proposals, follow-ups, and contracting.
Coordinate with operations and finance for seamless account handling.
Develop and maintain accounts within the corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
Generate event leads and provide detailed quotations and contracts to ensure a smooth sales process, client satisfaction, and financial success.
Conduct sales calls, site visits, and attend industry trade shows to strengthen the hotel’s market presence among corporate and leisure travelers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers to build long-term partnerships that contribute to consistent revenue growth.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure the renewal of sales contracts and achieve the sales target.
Prepare competitive proposals, customized packages, and negotiate contract terms according to company policies
Liaise with internal departments to ensure flawless execution of the client's needs
Maintain accurate client records, pipelines, and sales activities to submit a timely sales report to improve client servicing and accurate sales forecasting, and target tracking.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business other related fields
At least 1-2 years of experience of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development
Knowledgeable in the Hospitality Industry.
Must possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledgeable in stakeholder management.
