Job summary

Qualiblend, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to manage client accounts in Bulacan and Metro Manila. Ideal candidates will have relevant educational background and preferable sales experience in warehouse and cold storage facilities rentals.

This role involves maintaining client relationships, prospecting new accounts, and leading contract negotiations. Benefits include a competitive salary, company vehicle, paid travel expenses, and other perks such as health card and opportunities

Qualifications

• Preferably with 1 year sales experience on warehouse and/or cold storage facilities rentals.
• Willing to be assigned in Bulacan and Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Maintain regular communication and account visits with key clients.
• Prospect, qualify, and pursue new client accounts.
• Lead contract negotiations for new and renewing clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Education

College Level with units in Sales, Marketing, and Business courses

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must be at least College Level with units in Sales, Marketing, and Business courses




• Preferably with 1 year sales experience on warehouse and/or cold storage facilities rentals




• Willing to be assigned in Bulacan and Metro Manila

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building relationships that support long-term retention and account growth.




• Maintain regular communication and account visits with key clients, understanding their evolving storage, handling, and service needs.




• Prospect, qualify, and pursue new client accounts to grow facility utilization and revenue.




• Lead contract negotiations for new and renewing clients, within terms and rate floors approved by the General Manager.

• Perform other tasks as assigned
