About the role

Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth for the company's physical security systems, engineering services, and technology solutions. The role involves identifying prospects, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals that support both short-term targets and long-term business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Selling the company's products and services
• Approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, as well as maintaining good relationships with the clients
• Making repeat sales of company's existing customers
• Gathering leads and customer's information
• Gaining a clear understanding of customer's business and requirements
• Making accurate, prompt cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
• Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Negotiating price, cost, delivery and specifications with the customers
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Coordinating systems and/or service design sold with the project managers and technical department for proper implementation of the products/services

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics & Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Marketing or equivalent
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Knowledgeable in the analysis of market conditions, formulation of competitive sales strategies and with various sales techniques and pipeline management
• Excellent in organizational and time management skills
• Good command of the English language; customer oriented and with good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
• Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while also seeking for a new one
• Can work with minimal or without supervision; exhibits a sense of urgency when necessary
• Keen on details, highly analytical, resourceful, proactive
