Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking motivated individuals to generate leads and assist clients through cold calls and inbound inquiries. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, fieldwork, and maintaining client relationships. • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Conduct market research to identify client needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Attend industry exhibits and trade shows to generate leads.
