The Sales Engineer shall:

• Provide technical expertise and consultation to clients regarding project feasibility and product applications.

• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and sales reports.

• Coordinate with project engineers, procurement, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.

• Follow up on client inquiries, maintain strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote company offerings.

• Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to develop sales strategies.

• Support contract negotiations and project handovers to ensure smooth implementation.

Job Qualifications:

The Sales Engineer shall possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or Technical Sales/Marketing.

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or engineering consultancy.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction, engineering systems, or company products.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic reporting systems.

• Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or in teams.

• Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project inspections as needed.
