Job summary

DAIKIN AIRCONDITIONING PHILIPPINES INC is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to develop leads, qualify prospects, and manage projects to meet sales targets in Quezon City. You will engage clients, engineers, and stakeholders, presenting value-based cooling solutions and overseeing site inspections.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree with 2+ years in HVAC or related fields, strong English communication, and the ability to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; knowledge in air-conditioning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales leads and qualify prospects to meet/exceed targets.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and confer with clients and engineers to assess equipment and system requirements.
• Propose value-based sales solutions and present products/services to clients.
• Conduct site inspections to determine product suitability and stability.
• Build and maintain relationships; provide customer service and address inquiries.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop sales leads, qualify prospects, manage sales projects to obtain commitment, and meet/exceed sales targets as established by the sales leadership.
• Attend pre-bid meeting and confer with clients and engineers to assess equipment and determine system requirements.
• Propose a value-based sales solution to meet client’s needs, and handle technical presentations explaining products / services to existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct site inspection to determine product stability to the location.
• Build and maintain professional relationship with all clients and stakeholders, provide customer service assistance to all their concerns and inquiries, and attend to clarificatory meetings.
• Be responsible with the project’s status, conduct regular client visits, prepare visitation report, and ensure prompt collection of accounts receivables.
• Participate in company and industry trade shows, conferences, and events to establish sales network.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results, and establish effective working team relationship with all departments.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field; Knowledge in Air-conditioning is a plus.
