Responsibilities

Super-Aire Airconditioning and Mechanical Solutions, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Mechanical Engineer to kick-start their career by bridging the gap between our technical solutions and client needs. In this role, you will support revenue growth by promoting and explaining specialized mechanical systems to commercial and industrial clients, with full mentorship and training provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Technical Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales leads, build a robust client pipeline, and achieve revenue targets.
• Client Consultation: Assess customer requirements and provide expert technical advice on mechanical systems, products, and custom applications.
• Proposals & Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to prospective buyers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal engineering, project management, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery and custom solution design.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
• Others as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Internships involving technical sales or customer-facing engineering are a major plus.
  • Having a license/ passing the board is a must.
• Experience: Fresh Graduates and New Board Passers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, a high level of technical aptitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to critically analyze and propose solutions.
  • Read and draft plans and drawings when needed.

• Others: Willing to work full-time on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
