Job summary

A trading and engineering firm in Quezon City is looking for a Sales and Project Coordinator. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, project monitoring, and coordinating deliveries. A minimum of 2 years sales experience in the Engineering/Construction industry is required, preferably with knowledge of Marking & Coding or Electrical equipment. An Electrical Engineering background is an advantage.

Qualifications

Relationship Management & Business Development

• Stay in touch with past & current customers.
• Monitor project status and quality
• Search for potential clients thru market saturation and market data research gathering.
• Initiate and perform commercial and technical presentations
• Initiate accreditation procedures
• Conduct technical meetings and product demonstration with customers
• Respond to inquiries from customers

Sales & After Sales Service

• Prepare price costing for price costing for supply and service proposals.
• Prepare and submit proposals
• Perform customer visits
• Coordinate details with various department to address customer requirements
• Submit activity reports thru CRM in a timely manner
• Development of long-term business relationships with customers
• Ensure successful project completion from start to end
• Attend to after sales service requirements of the customers
• Ensure key performance indicators are met

Project Coordination

• Coordinate project arrangements before, during and after
• Monitor project status and provide reports to executive team

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with different departments for shipment of orders.
• Monitor materials, products related to the project
• Coordinate deliveries of products with customers

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Sales related experience; preferably from Engineering/Construction related industry.
• Preferably with working experience in Marking & Coding, Electrical equipment.
• Electrical Engineering background is an advantage
