Qualifications

• College graduate with good communication & presentation skills.
• Understanding of Sales Operations and related activities.
• Experience in Sales & Marketing across GT/MT and channel management.
• Training-related experience and corporate training role.

Responsibilities

• Lead in developing sales training modules for the sales community of the company to enhance coaching and selling skills.
• Ensure execution of sales training plans to continuously develop selling skills and competencies of the sales team.
