Job summary

HRTX is seeking an experienced Sales Lead/Coach to drive the success of our sales operations in Cebu. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and continuously improving sales training programs that elevate the skills and performance of our sales representatives.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, and Leadership to identify training needs and elevate outbound/inbound selling in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering sales training programs.
• Ability to conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions.
• Experience mapping training to KPIs and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with outbound/inbound selling and closing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging sales training programs (new hire, upskill, refresher).
• Conduct coaching sessions (one-on-one and group) to enhance agent communication and performance.
• Monitor sales performance and identify gaps through call listening and reports.
• Collaborate with team leaders to develop customized coaching plans to improve conversion rates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and client products to keep content relevant.
• Create training materials, job aids, and sales playbooks to support learning.
• Evaluate training effectiveness by tracking KPIs and post-training assessments.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to management on training outcomes.

This role will partner closely with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to identify training needs, boost sales effectiveness, and support a culture of high performance in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging sales training programs (new hire, upskill, refresher) focused on outbound/inbound selling, consultative sales, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Conduct coaching sessions (one-on-one and group) to enhance sales agents communication, product knowledge, and performance metrics.
• Monitor sales performance and identify gaps through call listening, side-by-sides, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with team leaders and managers to develop customized coaching plans to improve conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, client products/services, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful.
• Create training materials, job aids, and sales playbooks to support continuous learning and development.
• Evaluate training effectiveness by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), feedback, and post-training assessments.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to management regarding training outcomes and areas for improvement.
