Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement succession planning initiatives for the Training Team.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs to enhance trainer effectiveness.
• Create and manage the annual Sales Classroom Training Calendar.
• Facilitate and manage New Hire Training programs to ensure successful onboarding.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly training performance reports.
