Job summary

Ecossential Foods Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Training Lead who will develop training modules for the entire sales team and drive coaching to improve selling skills and overall competencies.

You will ensure the execution of training plans, collaborate with Sales and Marketing on GT/ MT channels, and apply corporate training experience to elevate performance across distribution networks.

Qualifications

• Education: College Graduate with good communication & presentation skills.
• In depth understanding in Sales Operations (Distribution, Fundamental execution & any Sales related activities).
• Sales & Marketing experience on GT & MT & well expose across channel management.
• With training related-experience & handling a Corporate Training position.

Responsibilities

• Lead in developing sales training modules for the whole sales community of the company to enhance coaching and selling skills.
• Ensure execution of sales training plans to continuously develop selling skills and competencies of the sales team.
