Job summary

Network Solutions is seeking a Sales Learning & Instructional Design Specialist to develop practical learning content and facilitate training that enables sales teams to succeed. You will partner with leaders and SMEs to identify learning needs and deliver effective training across multiple formats.

Ideal candidates have hands‑on experience in adult learning, instructional design, learning technologies, and training evaluation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of instructional design or professional training experience.
• Experience in corporate learning, call centers, customer service, or sales environments is preferred.
• Solid understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation.
• Proven ability to facilitate learning experiences in virtual and in‑person settings.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders, business partners, SMEs, and facilitators to identify learning needs and align training to business goals.
• Develop, update, and facilitate engaging training content including guides, presentations, job aids, assessments, eLearnings, and multimedia resources.
• Lead instructor‑led and virtual training sessions to build learner confidence and process adoption.
• Coordinate training events, track attendance, and assess learner progress.
• Keep training content accurate by staying informed on products, systems, policies, procedures, and resources.
• Manage training projects from intake through delivery, including planning, content development, scheduling, and communications.
• Maintain SharePoint training resources for easy access and updates.
• Adapt facilitation and activities based on learner needs and feedback.
• Facilitate train‑the‑trainer sessions to support consistent delivery.
