Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum five years experience in Banking, Retail Banking preferred, with proven sales leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with managers/supervisors.

Aufgaben

• Set sales targets, manage team performance, and ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Drive the Sales Team to generate New-to-Business (NTB) and increase deposit volume.
• Track sales performance, address key gaps with Region/Division Heads, and develop salespeople.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate targets, recognize achievements, and address challenges.
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, providing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Units to align sales strategies with product offerings.
• Monitor industry trends, identify opportunities, and adjust sales strategies to stay competitive.
