Job summary

Visa is seeking a Director, Visa Direct Sales Executive to lead growth in the Philippines. You will own revenue, pipeline, and client relationships, shaping market strategy and closing opportunities across banks, fintechs, wallets, remittance providers, corporates, and government.

You will partner with Product, Country Management, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Implementation teams to drive cross-functional deals and strategic partnerships, while maintaining governance and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Own Visa Direct revenue, pipeline, and business development for the Philippines.
• Identify, originate, qualify, and close opportunities across banks, fintechs, wallets, remittance providers, corporates, and government entities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Country Management, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Implementation to advance client opportunities.
• Maintain robust pipeline, accurate forecasting, and governance for deals.
