Job summary

EastWest Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to AVP-level professional to lead growth across our branches in the Philippines. You will drive sales, deepen client relationships, mentor the sales team, and ensure service excellence while overseeing risk and compliance in daily operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in business or related field with at least 2 years in a banking leadership role, and a proven history of meeting sales targets and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience.
• Proven leadership and sales management track record.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client relationship focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch as primary growth channel by selling products and services.
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients using appropriate offerings.
• Implement marketing programs to promote products and increase branch customers.
• Mentor and coach the branch sales team.
• Approve transactions and oversee service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Uphold service standards using the EastWest Service Pillars.
