EastWest Bank is seeking a Store Manager (Branch Head) to lead branches across multiple locations in the Philippines. You will drive growth, sell products, build strong customer bonds, and develop your sales team for success.

Qualifications

• Make the branch the main distribution channel by selling products and services.
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by cross-selling other products and services.
• Implement marketing programs to attract new bank customers and maximize wallet share.
• Mentor and coach the branch sales team.
• Approve transactions and oversee branch service quality affecting satisfaction and relationships.
• Perform compliance, governance and risk management per policy and framework.
• Apply EastWest Service Pillars and Service Standards in customer service.
