What we're looking for:

• Leadership Velocity
  • At least 8-10 years of real estate experience (combined for leadership & selling)
  • Deep sophisticated expertise in upscale residential and office spaces
  • With a well-established network of high-net worth individuals (HNWIs)
• Macro-Market Forecaster
  • Familiar with local property laws, regulations and industry best practices
  • In-depth knowledge about the Philippine real estate industry
  • Ability to analyze market data and redirect team focus
• Leadership & Team Influence
  • Ability to influence and upskill a large salesforce
