Job summary

SMDC is seeking a Sales Director to develop and execute sales strategies, oversee the sales organization, and drive revenue growth in the Philippines. You will lead Sales Managers, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to expand market presence.

You will collaborate with Marketing, set performance goals, build key client relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate management, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years in real estate sales with leadership experience.
• Licensed Real Estate Broker or REM credential; REM enrollment may be required.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales leadership and revenue generation.
• Strong experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Broker, a graduate of Real Estate Management (REM), or willing to enroll in the REM program.
