Remote Employee BPO Phil Inc is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound lead generation and qualify opportunities for US-based business owners. You will work in a hybrid setup, handling high-volume calls, learning the product, and collaborating with the client on messaging and qualification quality.

Role: Sales Development Representative
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00pm - 6:00am Philippine time
Work Setup: Work-from-Office or Work from Home
Make high-volume outbound cold calls to residential cleaning business owners.
Open conversations quickly, identify fit, handle common objections, and create enough interest to earn a demo.
Qualify prospects against the client's criteria without overcomplicating the conversation.
Book qualified demos directly onto the appropriate calendar/workflow.
Maintain accurate activity, notes, dispositions, and follow-up in the client's CRM and calling tools.
Follow up consistently with interested prospects who are not ready to book on the first conversation.
Learn the client's product, positioning, target market, and common pain points well enough to speak naturally and credibly.
Work closely with the client on messaging, call feedback, qualification quality, and conversion improvement.
Prior SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, outbound sales, or lead-generation experience.
Strong spoken English with clear, confident phone presence.
Comfortable speaking directly with U.S.-based small business owners.
Proven ability to cold call, create rapport quickly, and ask direct qualification questions.
Resilient and consistent; does not get discouraged by rejection or repetitive outreach.
Good judgment around when to push, when to qualify out, and when to follow up later.
Organized enough to manage call activity, callbacks, notes, and pipeline hygiene without heavy supervision.
Coachable and comfortable working from call feedback, scripts, talk tracks, and performance data.
Experience selling SaaS, software, or business services.
Experience prospecting SMB owners, local service businesses, or home-service companies.
Track record of setting qualified demos or appointments from cold outbound activity.
Experience using a CRM, power dialer, sales engagement platform, or similar outbound tools.
