Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own a growing territory across the Panay Islands, including Aklan, Boracay, and North Antique. You will build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

This role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Graduated in Business/Marketing/Economics/Engineering.
• 1–2 years sales experience, preferably field-based in FMCG.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Western Visayas.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and collection targets through field selling and client negotiations.
• Develop new accounts and revive inactive ones to maximize territory potential.
• Plan and execute coverage, prospecting, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and care for company tools and property.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in field-based roles and from FMCG and related industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willing to be assigned in areas in Western Visayas.
