Job summary

FELCO is seeking a Sales Development Officer to own a growing territory across Caloocan, Navotas, and Malabon. You will build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

This role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and client relationship management. You will drive sales targets, develop new accounts, and maintain documentation for company tools and property.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably field sales or FMCG
• Graduate in Business/Marketing/Engineering or related
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage time, generate leads and cover territory

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related course
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales, FMCG, or related industries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent in time management, lead generation, and territory coverage
• Collaborative and results-oriented mindset
